School Develpment Plan (SDP) 2026-2029
Below, is Undy's SDP which outlines our current development priorities, and targets going forward for the next 3 academic years. It is a working document, which is changed, adapted and self-evaluated by all stakeholders throughout the time it is live.
PRIORITY 1: Teaching and Learning - Strengthening Pedagogy
Increasing pupil participation in learning through:
Marking,
Feedback,
Handwriting and presentation,
Pupil participation,
Paired / group peer reviews
The use of “Habits language” and AFL.
PRIORITY 2: Well Being and ALN
Embed Health and Well-being curriculum and provision to ensure it is both planned and responsive for all learners, with a focus on calming learning environments.
PRIORITY 3: Teaching and Learning - STEM, Computational Thinking & Maths
To further develop STEM with a focus on computational thinking and Maths “Anchor Tasks” using Primed For Success.
