The beliefs, traditions and cultural heritage that shape us as individuals and communities are both remarkably varied and surprisingly similar. It hasn't escaped me that most every value system, be it religious or secular, recognizes the Golden Rule in one iteration or another. It never feels good to feel minimized or excluded, whoever you are. It is in this spirit that I provide these portals, that allow all of us to search for ways to give of ourselves to others, however that may manifest.

These opportunities are not just limited to those who do not identify themselves as religious. Indeed, since it is a "secular" directory, you may find that many of these opportunities for service can be found under other subpage headings.
