The Ladders for Leaders program offers outstanding high school and college students the opportunity to participate in paid 6-week summer internships with leading corporations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies in New York City.  Ladders for Leaders is open to NYC students ages 16—21, enrolled in high school or college with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 80 (3.00) and prior work or volunteer experience.

The Summer 2024 Ladders for Leaders application usually opens in January.  Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, students are encouraged to apply early.
