Throughout the day, your school team will deepen its understanding of the pilot, hear directly from current pilot schools, explore the student experience across grades 6–8, and work together to develop a customized implementation plan that reflects your school's unique context.

• Explored how career exploration, advising, digital advising tools, financial literacy, family engagement, and career-connected experiences work together to create a coherent student journey.

• Assessed your school's current strengths, opportunities, and readiness for implementation.

• Begun developing a school-specific Implementation Plan that identifies roles, structures, timelines, and immediate next steps for a successful launch.

• Connected with Office of Student Pathways staff, fellow pilot schools, and implementation partners who will continue supporting your work throughout the school year.
