Welcome to the Middle School Career Exploration & Advising Summer Onboarding! We are excited to partner with your school as we launch the next phase of the Middle School Career Exploration & Advising Pilot (CEAP), a citywide initiative designed to ensure every student has meaningful opportunities to explore who they are, discover future possibilities, and make informed decisions about high school and beyond.
This onboarding is more than a professional learning session—it's a collaborative working experience. Throughout the day, your school team will deepen its understanding of the pilot, hear directly from current pilot schools, explore the student experience across grades 6–8, and work together to develop a customized implementation plan that reflects your school's unique context.
