Course Registration Directions
Step 1: Log into Teach Hub with your NYCPS single sign-on.
Step 2: Search “Pro-Learner” and click on it.
Step 3: In a new window, click the specific course link that is provided for the session you want to enroll in.
Step 4: You will be taken to the course page where you can enroll/register. You will be asked to choose ONE award type that you will receive AFTER you have successfully completed the course:
If you are eligible for CTLE hours only, choose that award type.
If you are enrolled in the College and Career Planning Team’s Advising and Awareness Credential AND are eligible for CTLE hours, choose that combined award type.
If you are enrolled in the College and Career Planning Team’s Advising and Awareness Credential BUT NOT eligible for CTLE, choose the credential only award type.
If you are eligible for none of the above award types, choose Certificate of Completion.

Staff Requirements: Staff who complete 20 hours of coursework from this catalog* by May 25, 2026, will receive an Advising and Awareness Credential from the Office of Student Pathways. This credential recognizes new and experienced staff for completing NYC Public Schools’ annual training sequence for delivering high-quality, and up-to-date advising support.
School Expectation: All schools receiving funding via the College and Career Advising and Perkins SAM are required to designate one school staff member per 500 students enrolled, including CBO partners working directly in schools, to earn the Advising and Awareness Credential.
Per Session: Eligible staff members are encouraged to submit applications for Per Session opportunities to complete up to 20 hours of coursework. ONLY one staff member per school is eligible for centrally funded per-session. Please see the FAQ's* for more details.
