In this session, participants will map their school's advising sequence, staff capacity, and Portrait of a Graduate-aligned outcomes to build a comprehensive Fall 2026 calendar that leverages the career navigation roadmaps for maximum student reach. Attendees will then engage with school exemplars and peer consultancies to refine targeted support systems and ensure their teams are equipped to launch the school year with strong advising practices.

In this session, participants will explore digital advising tools that support personalized, Portrait of a Graduate-aligned planning for students across grades 9–12. Attendees will evaluate implementation strategies, examine school exemplars, and develop an action plan for integrating digital tools into advising systems that strengthen student goal setting, progress monitoring, and postsecondary readiness.

In this session, Participants will strengthen school–CBO partnerships by coordinating Work-Based Learning (WBL) experiences aligned with the Career Navigation Roadmap and the NYS Portrait of a Graduate. Teams will develop the Learning to Work Work Plan and create a Fall 2026 School–CBO partnership calendar that sequences Work-Based Learning (WBL) and Career Navigation Roadmap experiences. Together, these planning tools will strengthen coordinated supports that connect students to meaningful learning and career opportunities while expanding student access, engagement, and successful participation throughout the school year.
