Allocating time, money and personnel in an equitable way is made here at P224Q by our principal, Jamie Allen. Time is extremely well managed and prioritized in accordance of urgency and priority. Jamie manages her time in a beneficial way to ensure she maximizes allotted time designated for productive and effective leadership domains. Jamie’s time management is extremely punctual, effective and efficient. Money distribution is determined through use of data, which strategically informs purchasing equitable, necessary resources and professional learning opportunities for all staff across the organization. Personnel at P224Q is allocated to continuously improve our organization. Jamie promotes a learning environment in which our diverse population of students achieve success to their maximum potential. This is accomplished through Jamie’s effective leadership of supporting and managing a dedicated staff that is willing to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team approach within our school community.

Pillar 1 Jobs at each Site
Giving students special jobs is another great way to encourage independence in your classroom. We have done this in many ways throughoutP224Q:
a responsibilities board where students' names are rotated each week
a "Student of the Week" who has several jobs
holding a job fair where students apply for the job(s) they are most interested in and are selected based on their applications.

Alert Me Bands communicate who to contact in an emergency situation when you can’t. We want to make this effort easier on First Responders, bystanders, classmates or Moms who might find a child who has been separated from his class.
Pocketalk
Pocketalk is a multi-sensory, two-way translation device. With a large touchscreen, noise-cancelling microphones and a text-to-translate camera, Pocketalk is able to create connections across 82 different languages. By utilizing the best translation engines from around the world, Pocketalk provides a consistently accurate experience by picking up localized dialects and slang.
The camera translates, text, the written word, and signs via proprietary Sourcenext technology. The device takes a photo and translates via text on top of the image. In addition, Pocketalk can seamlessly provide an audio readout in the native language for the camera-translated text.
