The school vision for learning was clearly communicated during staff orientation and reiterated during every meeting and communication with staff.  Staff members are empowered to act on the components of the school vision through delegation of responsibilities and leadership roles on various teacher and organizational teams.  This school vision for learning closely aligns and promotes the vision of the city as a whole in that it promotes each student reaching their maximum potential with a specific focus on wellness, family engagement, and preparation for living an successful independent life as an adult.
