Strategies to enhance reading skills in enl instruction

NYC Reads! This 8-part series (4 sessions have been recorded at this time) is built on research-based reading strategies for multilingual learners and English Language Learners in ENL Standalone and Integrated settings. From teaching decoding strategies in context to giving students the opportunity to practice with challenging texts, each session introduces a new reading strategy and provides a space for viewers to apply the learning to their own teaching practices and contexts.
