This is a quick tutorial on how Photoshop is used to create a simple animation with the timeline

Select File --> New
New Document Window will appear
- Create a new document under Film & Video Category
- Select HDTV 1080P and select Create (blue button) onthe bottom right

Create a new folder (group) for each panel from your manga.

Each folder will contain a layer your your background, characters and word balloons

Using the Lasso tool to break apart your drawing.

Over the pointer over the lasso tool. The help window will pop up. Press the Learn more button

A tutorial window will appear.
