There is a club for everyone here at Art and Design! Down below are the clubs hosted as well as some information about them. If you have any questions for specific club feel free to email the teacher listed.
Green Team!
In partnership with NYC Sunworks and The Hort, the Green Team members are responsible for taking care of the hydroponics systems around the school as well as the roof garden.
We learn how to care for plants, harvest our crops, and use plants to improve mental health and bodily wellness. The plants we grow are shared within the club members and our goal is to be able to grow enough food to share with the local community.
As ambassadors for sustainability, the Green Team members strive to make the school community more green focused and promote better habits that benefit the Earth.
