Welcome to the Mental Health and Wellness Page
As the Mental Health Navigator for St. Croix Falls, I am dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of our entire school community
At St. Croix Falls School District, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. Our mission is to create a supportive and understanding environment where every member of our school community feels valued, heard, and equipped to thrive.
Mental health encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act, influencing how we handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions. Just like physical health, mental health can fluctuate, and it's important to seek support when needed.
For Students: Mental health plays a crucial role in your academic performance, relationships, and overall happiness. Our goal is to provide resources and support to help you manage stress, overcome challenges, and achieve your personal best.
For Families: Your support is vital in promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle for your child. We offer resources to help you understand and address mental health concerns, as well as guidance on how to support your child effectively.
For Staff: Educators and school staff play a key role in fostering a positive school environment. We provide training and resources to help you recognize signs of mental health issues and offer appropriate support to students.
If you have any questions or need immediate support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our mental health team. We are here to help you navigate the complexities of mental health and provide the support you need to succeed.
