Important Information about Collection of SCC Cricket Clothing & Merchandise

Here are some important details about collecting your items:

Ordering Process

• Submit via form only - All Clothing & Merchandise orders must be submitted through this form, not by email or WhatsApp as multiple people help process orders and we need a single workflow.

• Cut-off: Mondays, 5:00 pm - Orders must be submitted and paid by 5:00 pm on Monday. Orders received after 5:00 pm will be pushed back one week.

• If you have sufficient credit or are paying via your SCC Members Account, the order will be treated as “paid.”

• Collection timing - Orders paid by 5:00 pm Monday will be dropped off at the main SCC Reception the next day (Tuesday afternoon)**. You will receive an email when your items are ready. Please collect within 1 month. **This doesn't take into account name printing which will add upto another 7 days.

Example: If you place & pay after 5:00 pm on Monday, your order will be ready the following Tuesday (i.e., 7 days later), provided it has been paid. If you place & pay before 5:00 pm on Monday, your order will be ready the next day.

Collection Deadline: Please ensure that you collect your items within 1 month from the date of purchase. After this period, uncollected items will be returned to stock due to limited space in the collection locker.

Confirmation Email: Wait until you receive an "Item ready for collection" email before attempting to collect your items. This email will also provide information about the collection point.

Oversized Items: If you've ordered oversized items, please note that their collection will be handled separately. Feel free to reach out to us for more information.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation in adhering to our collection process. We're here to make sure you receive your cricket apparel in the best possible condition and at your convenience.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned with your purchases.

Here's our policy regarding refunds and exchanges for items purchased through TeamApp.

The following Refunds, Exchanges and Returns will only conducted within 1 month of the item being delivered to the collection point at the SCC's Front desk.

Refunds: In the event that you need to request a refund for an item, please note that a 30% admin fee will be applied to the refund amount. Rest assured, we will work diligently to ensure your refund process is as smooth as possible.  This doesn't apply if the credit is used for future term fees, clothing orders or Private Tuition.

Exchange Procedure: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow these steps:

• Order and pay for the replacement item via the [Online SCC Cricket Clothing & Merchandise Store order form]

• Return the item to our collection locker.

• Once the item is returned, send an email to JuniorCricket@SCCcricket.com notifying us that you have dropped off the item for exchange.

• Once we have received the item and confirmed that it is in a resellable condition i.e. packaging intact, labels attached etc. we will then process a credit note for those items.

Return Conditions: For us to process your refund or exchange, please ensure that:

• The item is in its purchased condition, with labels still attached and original packaging intact (Note intact means that the packaging is not ripped and can be reused).

• Items that have personalised names printed on them are not eligible for return or exchange.
