1) How do I offer products or services to the Academy?
Please complete our Supplier Intake Form: We only review proposals submitted via this form. Messages sent by email/WhatsApp/Facebook without a completed form may not be actioned.
2) What categories do you buy?
Clothing & apparel (training/playing/leisure)
Cricket balls & practice balls
Training aids & fielding equipment (rebound nets, cones, etc.)
Hardware (nets, stumps, mats, sightscreens, bowling machines)
Technology (video analysis, scoring, sensors, LMS/AMS)
Footwear & protective equipment
Printing/merchandise & packaging
Event & travel services
Other relevant cricket/academy solutions
3) What are your key evaluation criteria?
Quality & safety, fit-for-purpose for youth cricket (ages 5–16), reliability, lead times/MOQs, after‑sales support, price/value, branding capability, compliance, references, and sustainability.
4) Are samples required?
Samples may be requested for testing before approval (return or keep policy will be stated when requested).
5) Can we use the SCC or Academy logos?
No use of SCC or The Cricket Academy Limited (TCA) logos/marks is permitted without written brand approval. All co‑branded designs must be approved in writing prior to production.
6) What are your purchasing and payment rules?
A valid Purchase Order (PO) is required before any production or shipment.
Invoices must clearly quote the PO number and be addressed to The Cricket Academy Limited (not to individual staff).
We do not pay deposits or prepayments unless explicitly stated on the PO.
Standard payment processing is through Xero; bank transfer only.
7) GST/Tax & Registration
We may ask for your business registration details (e.g., ACRA UEN in Singapore) and GST/VAT status.
8) What is your review cadence?
Submissions are reviewed in batches (typically monthly). Only shortlisted suppliers will be contacted.
9) Can we visit or drop by for a demo?
Unscheduled walk‑ins/demos are not accepted. Use the form to propose demos; we’ll reach out if appropriate.
10) Donations & Sponsorship
If you’re offering sponsorship-in-kind or discounts, indicate this in the form. Sponsorship is handled separately from procurement and follows transparent, conflict‑of‑interest guidelines.
11) Data & Privacy
By submitting the form you agree we may store your information for supplier due diligence in accordance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., PDPA).
