As clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions, I’m afraid this isn’t possible for several reasons. Our Academy is typically full, with many students on waiting lists. We plan sessions four weeks in advance, which includes securing coaches and finalizing session plans based on confirmed attendees.
From a financial standpoint, when calculating term fees (divided into three blocks), we assume that students will attend roughly 75% of the sessions during the term/block.
To streamline operations and reduce the administrative burden (which would otherwise exceed 150 hours per week for one admin person), we’ve automated many of our processes. Even if spaces were available, manually adjusting attendance, modifying session plans, and coordinating with additional coaches would significantly increase admin work.
