What is Auto Enrolment?
Auto Enrolment is an optional, hassle-free service that automatically secures your child’s place in the Academy for future terms based on your current selections (session type, blocks, and weekdays).
How does Auto Enrolment work?
Your child will automatically be enrolled in the same session type, blocks, and weekdays each subsequent term.
You’ll receive an invoice approximately 2 weeks before each new term begins.
Payment must be completed within 2 weeks to confirm the place.
Xero (our accounting software) will send you reminders via email when the invoice is due.
PLEASE NOTE: There could be situations where the above timings are reduced due to logistical reasons, in that case the timings will be made known in the invoice for that term.
What happens if I miss the payment deadline?
If payment is not received by the invoice due date:
Your child’s spot may be released to another participant on the waiting list.
Auto Enrolment for future terms will be deactivated.
For the current term:
If there is no waiting list: Your child’s place will still be confirmed and locked in once payment is received.
If there is a waiting list: Your invoice will be cancelled and your child will be moved onto the waiting list.
For the next term, you will need to enrol manually using the enrolment form.
Can I cancel or modify my Auto Enrolment?
Yes, you can opt-out or make changes to your Auto Enrolment by emailing us up to 2 weeks before each term begins.
If I opt-out, can I later rejoin Auto Enrolment?
Yes. You can rejoin Auto Enrolment at any time by filling out the enrolment form again and selecting “Yes, activate Auto Enrolment” at the end of the form.
Will I get notified before each term?
Yes, as long as you are still under Auto Enrolment. You'll receive an invoice and subsequent reminder emails clearly indicating the deadlines, so you’ll always be aware of upcoming enrolment details.
How do I activate Auto Enrolment?
Simply select “Yes, activate Auto Enrolment” in the enrolment form when prompted.
