Whether you are looking for a counselor for yourself or a loved one, finding mental health support can be daunting. This is why I have outlined some of the useful resources I have found below. Throughout the process, it is essential to remember to advocate for what you need. And remember, it is okay to feel like you need a new counselor; not all therapists are a good fit.
