Student Teacher/Intern Assignment Form
To be completed by administrators recommending a student teaching, interning (other than BOCES interns), or field observation request.
Homebound Instruction Tutoring Request Form
To be completed by administrators, deans, counselors, CSE Chairs, etc., to request tutoring for a student who qualifies for traditional Homebound Tutoring associated with health issues, suspension, hospitalization, etc.
Quarantine Instruction Pay form
To be completed by teachers and retirees serving as tutors for students under mandatory orders of quarantine. For more information on the quarantine instruction plans, click on the appropriate level's plan- Elementary Middle School High School
Full time employees of the District are entitled to request permission for your child(ren) to attend the Scarsdale Public Schools as non-resident students without payment of tuition (BOE Policy 5152.7). If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren), please complete our updated Staff Child Enrollment Form. If you are enrolling more than one child, you should complete the form once for EACH child. Please address questions to Nunzia Mauro, District Registrar, by emailing registrar@scarsdaleschools.org or by calling x2444. You do NOT need to re-enroll if you child already attends. However, please let us know if your child will NOT be attending next year by emailing us. Finally, please note that elementary school placement is dependent upon enrollments, and may be subject to change from year to year. Determinations as to school placement are made by August 15, and are communicated by email from Carol Priore.
