Professional Growth

Frontline's Professional Growth application is a web-based professional development management system that will enable you to track your PD activities and evaluations, and administrators to manage and monitor activity approvals, participation, award payment or credit, and submit observations and evaluations.

Please access the resources below in order to learn how to log in and access your MLP account, and more. Keep in mind, as with any new system, there will be unanticipated hiccups and frustrations. However, it is our belief that, in the long run, MLP will be a time-saving convenience for you. One such example will be submitting credits for salary advancement, something you will eventually be able to do from inside MLP.
