NEED TO CHANGE YOUR CHILD'S SCHEDULE?
To request a schedule change or if you wish to withdraw your child please log into your Playground account, select the Paperwork tab, and complete the Schedule Change Request Form.
WHAT IS MY CHILD'S SCHEDULE?
Log into your Playground account and click on the blue banner View [child's name] profile at the top.
*Please note you may need to Switch Accounts if your child attends programs at different locations.
To change account locations click on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner of the mobile app and click Switch Account. Select the location you want to check their enrollment schedule for, then follow the above directions.
