Methods of Payment
Tuition payments are due the first school day of each week and are paid to reserve an entire week of childcare, according to the preference agreement, irrespective of the actual number of days and hours the child attends. No "regular" tuition payments are due on full-week school closings in December, February, and April. During those weeks, if vacation programs are offered, fees and enrollment are separate from the School's Out after school program.
There are a couple ways to pay your tuition:

Payment plans can be set up on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial Assistance is available from the State of Vermont through Child Care Resource. Financial assistance is a payment that assists eligible Vermont families with the cost of child care. Financial assistance is available to parents who meet eligibility criteria to help cover the fee for eligible child care. The child care financial assistance is paid directly to the child care provider.
To qualify for the child care financial assistance program, a family has to have a need for child care and meet income guidelines, or have a Reach Up Authorization

SCHOOL'S OUT SCHOLARSHIP
School's Out will offer Scholarship to families once approved or denied by Child Care Resource. The application can be found using the School's Out Scholarship button below.
There are a number of factors that determine eligibility for Scholarship. Once your application has been submitted you will receive a decision within 2-3 weeks.
Completed Applications can be mailed to "School's Out!, SouthPoint, 1025 Airport Dr., South Burlington, VT 05403" or scanned and emailed to schoolsoutbookkeeper@sbschools.net.
