TREK Camps - for children CURRENTLY in 4th- 8th grade

SUMMER 2025

Summer planning is well underway and we are looking forward to an action-packed, fun-filled summer! 

DATES: June 23 - Aug 8 (closed July 4)

HOURS: 8:00 - 5:30

GRADES: Currently in K-8th grade

School Age Camp is for children who have COMPLETED Kindergarten - 8th grade.

School Age Cost: $275/week,  $270/week for sibling

TREK Cost: Ranges based on Camp - Half Day $175-$200  or Full Day $300-$350

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT PER CHILD, PER WEEK, is due upon completing this form. Checks can be mailed to "School's Out, 1025 Airport Drive, South Burlington, VT. 05403", paid through the Playground Parent Portal (if you're child is currently attending or has attended School's Out in the past), or by credit card over the phone (802-652-7339). If you are signed up for auto-pay, the deposit will be deducted from your account on the next auto-pay date (unless you submit another form of payment before that date). If your family receives full funding from the state, then no deposit is due. Those receiving subsidies of 50% or more need not pay a deposit. Those receiving less than 50% subsidy should submit a $25 deposit per child/week.

You will receive confirmation within one week of enrollment. Once a camp reaches the limit, we will add names to a waitlist. Unfortunately, your enrollment is not complete until you have received confirmation and we have received the deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Families giving less than a two-week notice of withdrawal will be required to pay the tuition in full. Notifications of withdrawal can be emailed to athomson@sbschools.net. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (cannot be applied to other tuition or fees).
