The documents that should be submitted to Submission for Final Defense are as follow:
Softcopies of final project; full draft and chapter 1-5/6 only (file type : word)
Printed full draft of final project (2 copies) if required by examiner, please bring this document on your final defense date
Final Project Approval Form signed by supervisor (Formulir Persetujuan Sidang Tugas Akhir), please find the format below
Student ID Card (KTM) from ITB and Kartu Studi Mahasiswa with active and registered final project course.
Confirmation Letter by SBM Finance Department stating the student has paid all the tuition fees.
Student can request this letter by filling this link: bit.ly/pengajuandokumen192, choose the Surat Keterangan Lunas BPP (Pendaftaran Sidang), upload your signed final project approval form and be patient after you submit your request, it takes 1-5 working days.
Confirmation Letter by SBM Librarian stating the student has returned all of the book(s) loan.

Send your request along with signed final project approval form and Final Project softcopy (Cover, Abstract in EN and ID, Approval Page) and be patient after you submit your request, it takes 1-5 working days.
Soft copy (color photo) to be uploaded on final defense registration form. Please refer to the instruction stated at the form.
Proof of Seminar attendance quota completion (either screenshots of approved list or submitted to google drive)

There are no priorities based on your submission, the schedules launched as soon as the examiners confirmed to the date we offer.

Batas pelaksanaan sidang : 1 Agustus 2025
Masa revisi : maksimum 1 minggu setelah tanggal sidang (atau 8 Agustus 2025, tergantung mana yang tercapai lebih dulu)
Kewajiban administrasi : Telah mendaftarkan MK4099 Tugas Akhir di semester 2 2024/2025 atau di semester Pendek 2024/2025
Verifikasi data Wisudawan : bersamaan dengan proses revisi
Batas pendaftaran sidang dengan melengkapi semua syarat dan dokumen pendaftaran sidang: 20 Agustus 2025
Batas pelaksanaan sidang : 4 September 2025
Masa revisi : maksimum 1 minggu setelah tanggal sidang (atau 11 September 2025, tergantung mana yang tercapai lebih dulu)
Kewajiban administrasi: Mengambil kembali MK4099 Tugas Akhir di FRS semester 1 2025/2026 dan membayar UKT sesuai ketentuan
Verifikasi data Wisudawan : bersamaan dengan proses revisi
Tanggal-tanggal dan ketentuan yang tercantum diatas dapat berubah mengikuti ketentuan yang berlaku di kemudian hari
