Michael Arrington is Mr. Michael E. Arrington is a behavioral strategist, and consultant with 20 years of experience. He is also the founder of MEA Training and Program Development LLC, which supports adolescents aging out of foster care. In addition to this work, he frequently serves as an educational consultant on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Previously, Mr. Arrington served in Los Angeles County Probation Department and the Rialto Unified School District faculty, producing policy-relevant research and teaching social and emotional learning skills in a K-12 setting with a specific focus on secondary students. His research agenda aims to understand and identify protective factors and policies that ensure more equitable educational experiences outcomes among learners and adolescents aging out of foster care.
With 20 years of experience as a motivational speaker, he has received numerous awards and accolades for his contributions to education and youth development.
