Research Ecologist at the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory, Engineering Research and Development Center, US. Army Corps of Engineers in Hanover, New Hampshire for the Biogeochemical Sciences Branch. Recently spent a 6-month detail working on the US Department of Defense Climate Action Team. Current research projects include investigating vegetative and microbial contributions to riverine and coastal levee stability, using plants as bio monitors of heavy metal leaching from coal combustion residues and performing basic research on plant volatile organic compounds.
