The Belmont Climate Summit is dedicated to the promotion of climatology knowledge in New England. Through powerful and insightful speakers, the Summit spreads local stories on incredible journeys, life changing experiences, and interesting topics that will leave the mind hungry for more.

The Climate Summit is a student-run program by Outdoor-Environmental Club members at Belmont High School. The summit stemmed from the realization that although there is a lot of conversation relating to climatology(e.g. climate change), there's a lack of knowledge on the origins and impacts of climate science. With that in mind, we wanted to create an invigorating and interesting annual summit that is eye-opening for the entire duration of the event.
The Climate Summit is a student-run program by Outdoor-Environmental Club members at Belmont High School. To achieve this, the summit brings in 4 incredible speakers from throughout New England on a yearly basis. Each speaker is a professional in the climatology field, creating a truly academic and interesting event. To ensure every second of the Summit is fascinating, presentations are "Short and Sweet", with each speaker presenting for 15 minutes, followed by a 15 minute Q&A session and intermission. This creates an unforgettable 2 hour Climate Summit
