Off the bat, I will not be offended fo you skip right to the resources, I get it!
But if you decided to read this, then here we go! I will be the first to admit that time management is not my strong suit. As a whole, I tend to fall into the pit of executive dysfunction and not leave myself enough time to do the things I need, because I am convinced they will take less time than they do. While this is a sucky reality of mine, it has led me to find a few strategies to help out with this.
These are just the strategies that I have found, but they may not work for you, and that is okay! If these strategies are not the right fit, I highly recommend looking at places like Reddit or TikTok for what works for other people. It seems a little silly to tell you to go scroll social media to help with time management, but you really can find some great stuff!
Okay, enough from me, on to the strategies!
Each one of these is a strategy that I (or others) have found helpful in terms of time management. By clicking on the photo, you can get my little blurb all about them, and by clicking on the name, you can go right to the website and check it out yourself!
Not all of this has to be read up on in a short amount of time. It can help to take things slow and one at a time. Now, I know if it were me, I would completely ignore this message and just dive straight in, read it all, and probably get overwhelmed (or completely miss it and not read it at all), but you do what works for you! I hope these strategies help you out!
