These are just some tips I have found that have worked for me over the years! If they don't work for you don't try and force them to!
Leave physical reminders for your self, like keep a finger up until you did the thing you want to do, don't delete that google class room notification until you turned in the assignment, leave a tab open to remember what you wanted to look up (I say this with WAY too many tabs open so use this one in moderation lol!)
If you are having a hard time writing an email, try to write out the purpose of the email, then go back in and add the "niceties" things like "I hope you are doing well" and "thank you so much!". This can help you get the words out that you need, while still being kind and polite!
Look into the accommodations you might be able to get, especially if you are going into college. Also, be realistic about what accommodations would actually benefit you.
Look around on social media to find things that have worked for other people. I found so much helpful stuff on both Reddit and TikTok, but I would encourage you to look all over. Try to do it in little bursts so you don't get too overwhelmed or forget something that might work!
Give yourself some kindness. If you are here, reading this, I can tell you are trying really hard, and if you are anything like me, you should probably be a little bitnicer to yourself. My favorite saying (totally stolen from a TikTok) is "be nice to yourself, you silly goose!" It makes me giggle and reminds me that it is not the end of the world, just a little hiccup!
