Starts at 3:20-4:00, Monday - Thursday, announce who needs to report

ADT Message to parents go out on Friday

Laura said she would cover this 9th hour

Steps:

1. Run/print a down list on Fridays at noon - Robin will do this
2. Students are sent an email stating that they are down in such and such class on Friday. Bring all appropriate materials needed to complete the failing class/es. - Emily and Robin will do this
3. All students that have an “F” will report to 9th hour on Monday.
   1. Should Laura be gone - Cory/LuAnn/Kina will cover
4. ADT Message sent to student’s parents on Friday. - Cory/Robin will do this
5. Announcement made to whom needs to report to 9th hour at 3:18 on Monday. (By Cory/Robin)
6. Report to 3rd floor Home Ec Room for 9th Hour until 4:00PM.
7. Students will turn any physical assignments into the teacher’s mailbox or submit on Schoology.
8. 9th hour continues until all assignments are turned in.
9. If failing grade is due to a test, students will restudy for the the test on Monday’s 9th hour and retake the test on Tuesday’s 9th hour.
10. Failure to show up to 9th hour receives double detention that will be served the following day.
11. If a student is absent they report the the next 9th hour day.
