CPMA is a CHOICE dedicated magnet school, meaning all of our students have been through the choice application process. It also means that all of our students CHOOSE to come to CPMA.

In a Lottery-Choice System, students are selected at random to ensure that our system is fair and equitable to all families in the Greater San Diego Area. For you and your student to have a better chance of receiving a seat here at CPMA, it is better to rank us #1 on the Choice Application. Please make sure to have the Choice Application turned in by November 15th, 2022, and typically late applications are put on the waitlist. Please understand that we only have a certain number of selected seats to offer students.
