Week # - 5

buzzer wire

Ideation

Hello friends

In this project, I will make a buzzer wire toy when I was watching a youtube I fond this video

for helping children to have fun and learn to be aware and concentrate when they make anything

Some images

Toolchain

Scissor

Ruler

Marker

Cardboard

buzzer

5V adaptor

stainless steel wire 3mm

red led

ressistor

breadboard

Preparation Process

Tenkercad

I used Tinkercad to simulate my circuit before wiring it physically

Process

wiring, simulation

  • this image shows the wiring on tinkercad

  • wiring of this circuit as shown (parallel)

  • I use a parallel connection to make sure that my circuit works properly and staples and if any component consumes more current based on its load the other component will have no effect

  • our source 5V DC and buzzer works on 5 volts and led connected with the current limiting resistor to perform well and staple

Cardboard process

mark my design

1-where I cut my design on cardboard after marking it

2-second I drilled a small 2 halls to mount the steel wire

3-I fixed the steel wire by adding 2 layers of a hot glue

4-then I mounted my breadboard under the cardboard and connect my component

Output component

  1. buzzer

  2. led indicator

Development Process

In the future, I will make a 3d model for this toy case and the handle

Overcoming Challenges

1- when I was fixing steel wire into my cardboard it was so loss

  • So I decided to add more hot glue from the downside and put in my consideration making wooden support in my next prototype as shown below

  • and make a wooden support
