We read books to children that are shared in different states. I enjoy reading books to my pen pals in other states as a way to build connections and inpire a love for learning. It's a small but meaningful part of my journey toward a career in education where i hope to continue uplifting and educating others across different countries.

"All Aboard the Reading Train with Pete the Cat!"

I created a read-aloud video of “Pete the Cat’s Train Trip” to promote early reading literacy and get kids excited about books and storytelling. It was also a chance for me to grow as a future teacher by practicing my reading, expression, and engagement skills while connecting with young learners.

This was Nancy and I doing a science/chemistry lesson plan on how to make elephant toothpaste, including vocabulary phoenix such as chemical reactions. Listening and engaging, for example, making them finish our sentences. Or asking questions and getting an answer. Making sure everyone is engaged in the activity and learning in this lesson plan.

When looking for a book to read, I look for stories with strong messages engaging illustrations that spark imagination and discussion. I love having pen pals from Arizona and Texas because it builds a special connection, and lets us share different parts of our lives by receiving letters, and enjoying sending storybook videos.

Early Childhood Education: Book Reading through Captivating Storytelling

This video consisted of book reading towards students in primary education. Elements of captivating storytelling, with emphasis on vocabulary, sound, and spelling, was used to ensure students across different audiences understood the content being read.
