Accessibility Improvements

Summary

There are significant portions of our building that are not accessible to students, staff, and community members.  There are other areas that are not easily accessible and require a circuitous route, in some cases outside of the building, in order to access them. Making all of our student spaces accessible, including our playground spaces, is crucial to our students' sense of belonging.

Please follow along as we share the journey our students, staff, and community members must take in order to access areas of our building.

Section 2 is completely inaccessible and would require several hundred –thousand to make it so.

Section 1 and 3 are not easily accessible and require leaving the building, going around, and coming back into the building.

Section 7 and 5 require a circuitous route significantly different and longer for both our students and our visiting Falcon Fans.

Another significant aspect of the proposed facility improvements is to make our playground and outdoor learning areas safe and accessible to all of our students.
