Each country may enter a team consisting of a maximum of three participants in each of the six events in the program. The host country has the right to one wild card entry in each event. These wild card athletes are official participants in the championships.

Deadlines
The deadline for preliminary entries is April 11. An estimated number of athletes and team officials from each country, as well as preliminary arrival and departure times for the team, shall be sent to terese.amundin@saik.nu. We would also ask you to provide the name and contact details of a national team leader or coordinator for your team, as well as the billing address, as we will issue an invoice to each federation based on this information.
The final registration, including the names of athletes and team officials, and confirmed arrival and departure times for the team, shall be submitted via the form available on the official website no later than June 3. Sävedalens AIK Friidrott - NC Combined Events 2025
Accommodation and transportation
We offer full accommodation at hotel Best Western Åby hotel Mölndal.
Option 1 (Friday-Sunday, 2 nights in twin room), SEK 2800 per person
Option 2 (Friday-Monday, 3 nights in twin room), SEK 4200 per person
The offer includes the following meals:

The offer also includes transport from Landvetter to the hotel Friday June 13 and to Landvetter Monday June 16. There will be a limited coordinated transfers from/to the airport during these days. Transport between the hotel and Slottsskogsvallen will be available.
Additional accommodation in single room and other transportation can be arranged upon request but is not included in the offer.

The competitions will be held at
Slottsskogsvallen, a historic sports facility in Gothenburg, inaugurated on May 12, 1923. The arena has undergone several renovations, including a complete renovation in preparation for Gothenburg’s 400th anniversary, which was completed in the summer of 2024. Slottsskogs-vallen is a complete track and field facility where several major sporting events have taken place over the years.
Landvetter International Airport
Gothenburg is located 25 kilometers from the international airport Landvetter.
The organizer will arrange transportation between Landvetter Airport and the hotel on Friday and Monday. Travels to/from the airport to Gothenburg can be done either with the bus company Vy Bus4You or Flixbus. See accommodation and transportation info below.
Gothenburg Central Station
Gothenburg Central Station is the hub for the city’s rail and bus traffic. From Gothenburg Central Station, it is easy to get to the hotel by tram or bus.
