Making a Reservation

The images in this tutorial have been taken on a smartphone in 2024.
The interface may differ depending on device.
Press the Reserve icon (the shopping cart) along the hotbar at the bottom of the screen.
Select the Start and End date & time of your hire
If you wish to make a reservation for todays date, double check the start time as by default it will set it to tomorrows date.
Select the relevant unit code from the Group drop down menu
Include any additional information you may think is important in the Allocation Notes
Include the purpose of your hire
Tick the Terms & Conditions box
Press the green Tick All box at the bottom when you're done
Press the book icon next to the Contents header at the top of the page
Then simply browse through the catalog or use the search icon (maginifying glass) to look up specific pieces of gear
Once you've found the item(s) you wish to hire, press the plus Icon below the image to add it to your cart
Go through the Catalog and add all items you wish to hire to your cart
When you're ready to checkout simply scroll to the top and hit the save icon
If all goes well the pop ups "Reservation Confirmed" & "Email Notice Sent" should pop up in the top right corner
If you get the message "Reservation has errors" when going to save your booking, scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the warning icon (The triangle with the "!" inside).
This indicates that that item is currently unavailable
Press the icon with the two arrows to replace the unavailable item with a similar item
OR
Press the remove from cart icon (the red shopping cart with the "x") to remove that item from your booking.
The header should now say "Ready to Save" as shown in the previous section.
To edit your reservation press the 3 dots icon in the top left corner of the reservation
Then press "Edit CK - (your reservation number)"
Then you should be able to add any additional gear in the same way you usually add gear to a booking
You cannot edit reservations 24 hours before the pick-up time
