RULES & GUIDELINES FOR VR ROOM
To ensure fair and equitable access for all, we must ask that you follow these guidelines.
No food or drinks in studios
No vapes/other electronic cigarettes
Closed footwear must be worn in the VR room
Bookings can be made 3 weeks in advance
Arrive / depart studios on time, collect / return equipment on time
24 hours notice required for cancellation/alteration of bookings
Call the Tech Department if you are running late: (02) 8241-5212.
All studio equipment returns must be processed at least 15 minutes before the end of your session.
Rooms must be left neat and tidy. Extra chairs put away.
Equipment MUST be returned in the same condition as it was signed out
Report any equipment/studio faults to the Tech Team
Students must always accompany guests on campus, and only students may operate the equipment
Failure to follow these rules and guidelines may result in infraction points or a ban from studio and equipment hire
