This list of infractions is not definitive and we reserve the right to enforce the points and the suspension system as we see fit. This is especially true in circumstances where there has been an overwhelming evidence of abuse, misuse, and impedance, with facilities and equipment, and toward fellow students. However, you have a chance to appeal any points and/or suspensions awarded to you. Please speak with Arlo Tinapay at the Level 4 Tech Department to facilitate such appeals.
