To ensure fair and equitable access for all, we must ask that you follow these guidelines.
No food or drinks in studios. Instant on the spot 2 week studio ban for breaking this rule.
No vapes or other electronic cigarettes. These have previously set off the fire alarm.
Bookings can be made up to 3 weeks in advance.
Maximum 4 hours per week, per studio.
Bookings made on the same day as the session start time do not count toward your weekly limit.
Booking time in another students number or name without their knowledge will result in a immediate ban
No simultaneous bookings (2 or more studios at the same time, live rooms excepted).
Closed shoes must be worn in the studios. Students will be refused access to the studio without proper footwear.
Please honour your Studio and Equipment bookings:
Arrive / depart studios on time, collect / return equipment on time.
24 hours notice required for cancellation/alteration of bookings.

All studio equipment returns must be processed at least 15 minutes before the end of your session.
Studios and live rooms must be left neat and tidy with the console normalised.
Equipment MUST be returned in the same condition as it was signed out.
Report any equipment/studio faults to the Tech Team.
Students must always accompany guests on campus, and only students may operate the equipment.
