1. Break into groups of 4

2. Pick a room (API, Rec 3, Mastering or Mix Suite)

3. Measure RT60 at 3 frequency bands  using a phone app (eq. 250Hz, 1kHz & 5kHz)

4. Measure all dimensions WxLxH

5. Calculate the total surface area

6. Calculate the main surface area and calculate all additional surface areas, separated into various materials (eq. Plaster, Glass, Floorboards, Acoustic Absorption etc)

7. Calculate RT60 at the 3 frequency bands chosen in Step 2 using an online calculator or the simple equation: RT60 = 0.161x(V/Sa)

8. Identify 3 axial room modes and address the question: Do the room ratios fit into Bollt Room Ratios?
