About this course:
This course is asynchronous which means it is delivered completely online. There are no scheduled class meetings. All your course materials and assignments/exams will be in Canvas.
Course dates: January 16th - May 18th
Students must log in by: the first day of class January 16th
Week ONE and TWO due dates: Purchase textbook, complete Orientation Module, submit Syllabus Quiz, register in Connect, submit Discussion Board #1 (three posts), and complete Chapter 1 Connect Assignments.

What will you learn in this course?
At the end of this course you will be able to:
1. Prepare a set of basic financial statements and analyze the statements by calculating and analyzing common ratios and numerical relationships that are derived from them.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in processing the accounting cycle for a business.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in communicating financial information in the subject area through written or oral discussions or presentations.
