Applicants who wish to apply for the entrance examination for the Radiation Technology Program, Faculty of Science, Ramkhamhaeng University, please prepare the required documents before filling in the information in the system in the following format: .jpeg or .png files (scanned from the original documents with sufficient resolution for readability (1MB) for uploading the following documents along with the application:
1.1 Passport photo (without sunglasses, please crop appropriately).

1.3 National ID Card
1.4 Academic Transcript (P.1/GPAX/Transcript) for 5 semesters and above
1.5 Certificate of Completion of Studies (P.2)/Degree Certificate (if available)
1.6 TGAT, A-Level scores (Math1, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English) (if available)
1.7 Evidence of scholarships from affiliated institutions, specifying the recipient's name and the name of the course to be enrolled (in case of scholarships from hospitals)
1.8 Evidence of payment of examination fee of THB 1,000 (one thousand baht) deposited/transferred to the Savings Account of Thai Military Bank, Ramkhamhaeng University Branch - Huamark, Account Name: M.R.W.T.B. (Radiation Technology) Batch 20, Account No. 156-2-31594-3
Fill out the online application form at the URL: 164.115.33.122 or click here (The system will be operational from April 1st to May 31st, 2025) Select the menu on the left "Apply for Admission" Fill in the information>>Upload supporting documents>>Save>>Download the application>>Print the application and check for accuracy (if there are any errors, please promptly correct them in the system and save again) Remember the login password you set for future access.

Written examination on June 5th, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Documents to be presented on the examination day: ID card, proof of payment, evidence of scholarships from affiliated institutions (if any). Candidates should arrive at the examination room at least 30 minutes before the exam starts. Examination period: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Wear a face mask throughout the examination.
Prepare 2B pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and wear a face mask on the examination day (calculators are not allowed). The written exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions divided into subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (25 questions each), and English (50 questions).
Examination venue: Radiation Technology Program, Car Park and Recreational Building, Ramkhamhaeng University, Huamark Campus. The examination room will be announced later (see in google map search "Radiation Technology, Ramkhamhaeng University").
Dress neatly (wear school uniform/student attire/work attire/closed shoes/women wear skirts).
