The Department of Radiological Technology Ramkhamhaeng university has been established since 1995 from the cooperation of 4 institutions, namely the Radiology Association of Thailand, Royal College of Radiologists of Thailand, Medical Radiology Association of Thailand and Ramkhamhaeng University. Produced a total of 5 generations of graduates in a bachelor's degree (2 continuous years course). Then, between 2002 and 2009, this course was operated only by Ramkhamhaeng University.
From 2010-present, We have teaching in the bachelor's degree 4 year program. The curriculum has preparing students to have knowledge, understanding of various related sciences as well as having confidence in caring for patients, proficient in using specialized tools effectively, making decisions under the integration of knowledge and experience, having responsibility for duties and work efficiently as a radiological technologist.
The bachelor of science (Radiological Technology) was most recently updated in 2021 and used in the academic year 2021-present. It was certified approved by the Professional Committee for Radiological Technology on June 22, 2021, and the Office of the Higher Education Commission.

Both Ramkhamhaeng University and Ramkhamhaeng Hospital boards, led by Asst. Prof. Wutthisak Lapcharoensap, President of Ramkhamhaeng University, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with MD.Ratchcha Somboonranasin, Chairman of the Board of Ramkhamhaeng Hospital, MD. Wirat Chaniam, Director of Synphaet Hospital, and MD. Dawaan Narulaa, Director of Sukhumvit Hospital, to collaborate on academic endeavors. This collaboration aims to enhance the educational experience for students in the Bachelor of Radiological Technology program. The agreement encompasses various aspects of teaching, including lectures, practical sessions, internships, specialized training, and related activities. Additionally, it seeks to develop curricula that align with the country's needs. The signing ceremony took place on March 12, 2016, at the Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, University Service and Administration Building.
