Report for duty RTRU18.
The Division of Radiological Technology arranged for students who passed the admission both TCAS and direct admissions to enroll as new student on June 16th, 2023, at the division's premises, Room RTD502, located in the Parking and Recreational Building.
First orientation RTRU18.
On July 3rd, 2023, the orientation program for new students of the Radiological Technology program, Batch 18, took place. Faculty members and staff introduced campus life at Ramkhamhaeng University, teaching methods, and essential practices. They also provided guidance on the facilities available within the university. Additionally, senior students participated in welcoming the new students and concluded the event with bonding activities to foster camaraderie between juniors and seniors.
Preparation program for RTRU18.
On July 10th, 2023, the preparation program for first-year students of Batch 18 was held at the Radiological Technology laboratory facilities, including the X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, and image reading rooms, located in the parking and recreational building. The objective was to provide new students with knowledge and understanding of the workflow and basic operation of radiological equipment. This knowledge will be applied in their professional studies in radiological technology.
Additionally, the program aimed to familiarize new students with the basic interactions with medical service recipients, helping them understand their future professional responsibilities and plan their careers. Second-year students (Batch 17) led the presentation, providing basic guidance and knowledge. Finally, there was an opportunity for new students to ask questions and gain further insight into their future professional development.
Waikru 2023
The Division of Radiation Technology organized the Teacher Appreciation Ceremony (Waikru) for the academic year 2023 on August 17, 2023. Asst. Prof. Wuttisak Lapcharoensap, Assistant to the President for University Promotion and Government Relations of Ramkhamhaeng University, presided over the ceremony and delivered remarks to the students. Additionally, he presented gowns and student excellence certificates. This project aimed to cultivate gratitude and respect among students towards their teachers, acknowledging their role in imparting knowledge and embracing the tradition of paying homage to educators, which is a beautiful cultural characteristic of Thai society.
RT Sport-66.
The Division of Radiation Technology organized the RT Sports Event on January 19, 2024, at the GB3 Gymnasium. Asst. Prof. Wuttisak Lapcharoensap, Assistant to the President for University Promotion, Member of the University Council, and Acting President of Ramkhamhaeng University, presided over the opening ceremony. The objective of this event was to encourage good relationships between senior and junior students as well as faculty members and staff.
RT Final Orientation
The Division of Radiological Technology, Faculty of Science, Ramkhamhaeng University, held a final orientation event for the academic year 2023 on February 29th, 2024. Division members and students from all generations joined together to extend their congratulations to the graduates of the 13th batch of the Radiological Technology program.
Financial Training for final-year students
The financial training program for final-year students (RTRU15) was organized to equip them with knowledge in finance, saving, tax planning, and investment under the theme "Financial Management for FirstJobbers and Personnel in Radiological Technology" for the academic year 2023. The training was conducted on March 15th, 2024, by experienced financial management experts from Finansia Digital Asset Company Limited. We extend our gratitude to all the speakers for sharing their financial knowledge to the students of RT Division.
Skill Development for 21st century (RTRU.18)
The Radiological Technology Division of Ramkhamhaeng University extends its gratitude to Thai DR Advance Company Limited for their generous sponsorship in organizing an open house event for students to learn about "Electronics in Radiology" as part of the Skill Development Project for the 21st Century. The event was held on Friday, May 3rd, 2024, at Thai DR Advance Company Limited, located in Tha Talat Sub-district, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. Thai DR Advance Company Limited is a leading X-ray machine manufacturer in Thailand. The event provided students with the opportunity to gain experience from experts in electronic equipment for X-ray machines, as well as related equipment used in X-ray machine operations.
