You have launched the course! This stage takes place during the run of the course. Although course educators are not obligated to mentor the course, some mentoring of the course by the educators or student assistants is necessary to support learners in their learning and, spot (technical) problems. Mentoring takes approximately 1-2 hours per week during the run of the course.
