color study

The subject of my creation is a hat and flip-flops on a beach. On this I went square by square with oil pastels mixing multiple colors in each square. I chose to use this photograph because it had a range of colors and shadows. In this i used shadows and color to make it look more realistic. This relates to my life because this photo was taken last April break on vacation.
