Ceramics 2

The project that I am most proud of is my fishy teapot. I am most proud of this one because of how it came out. I'm really proud of the glazing since it allows the scales to show through and show the fine details I put into it. Also I'm proud of the teapots form/shape since its an interesting teapot shape and it's a nice shape. I like how the mouth came out it gives it a good cartoonish feel. Also now looking back I realize that it looks sorta like a japanese type fish/artwork.

This class has made me think better of ceramics since it makes me realize how much time and effort go into projects and that it's not "just playing with clay". This class has helped me grow susantiably as an artist. It has allowed me to learn and reform my techniques that I have gained through this class. This class has helped me gain a greater appreciation for art of all forms. In the future I could use these skills to make some art of my own.
