Many thanks to both the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation and Tracey Jowett of Saving Smiles of Maine! Through a grant, over 800 toothbrush kits were donated to the students of RSU 13!
Did you know if you are under the age of 16, Maine law requires wearing a helmet? And to protect your head, wearing a helmet for all cycling and skateboarding just makes sense. OHS wants to thank the Rockland Kiwanis for the donation of helmets to keep our students at OHS safe!
OHS received a $500 grant from Let's Go 5 2 1 0 this summer and we were able to purchase nine sets of snowshoes. These will be used in our physical education classes to teach snowshoeing as a winter activity!
