Gentlemen of Excellence is an organization for young men created by Mr. Reginald Williams. After working in the school system for the past three years, Reginald, like Earvin Johnson, recognized that "all kids need a little help, a little hope, and someone who believes in them." Seeing that young men lacked certain life skills and could use guidance inspired him to develop the foundation for GoE.

Mission
The purpose of the group is to empower male youth to become successful young men by developing strong leaders socially, emotionally, and psychologically in order to create positive change within our community. This is accomplished by creating a brotherhood within the organization while involving the young men in activities that emphasize the importance of education in and out of the school setting.

Requirements
Requirements
Student Requirements: Male students in grades 6th - 8th. GoE formal dress code required on designated days.
Academic Commitment: Students are required to maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher and maintain daily school/class attendance with 10 or fewer unexcused absences. Students are required to maintain their GoE academic folders including daily check-in/check-out forms with their teachers.
