Rowan University has 6 dimensions of wellbeing. They are all very important to include in your life. This is how some areas in my life fall under them.
Maintaining good physical health greatly impacts your quality of life, allowing you to feel ready to accomplish things through the day. I regularly go to the rowan rec center to workout, which is a good way to release your stress. I also maintain a sleep schedule allowing for better quality sleep that makes you wake up feeling ready to get through the day.
Having a few strong relationships is very important for you to have. I regularly facetime some of my friends from high school and play online games with them, as well as eat a meal with my friends who go to Rowan at least once a month.
Our emotions aren't the same every day, they fluctuate. We should not allow the lows stay with us forever. I mediate before bed to manage my emotions and put away thoughts in my head.
Feeling like you are part of something that you fit in to is great. I am part of the Rowan University community and can relate to many of the other members because we are in a very similar place in the course of out lives.
Finding your purpose is what motivates you to do stuff. As of right now I am working towards my Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Logistics. I am motivated to reach the degree and work in an industry I am interested in.
It's very important to manage your money responsibly. Ways I do this are giving my money to my dad to invest, and not spending my money on stuff I don't need.
