Expectations of IB Learners

IB Learners are Expected to:

• Exemplify being lifelong learners

• Exemplify IB Learner Profile traits

• Uphold the standards of being a student at Westwood High School

• Uphold the Westwood Academic Integrity Policy

• Complete and submit their own work

  • All IB Assessments (IAs, EE, etc) will be submitted through turn it in as we have to authenticate it as the student's own work before submitting to IB

  • Academic Dishonesty is not tolerated by the IB Organization. IB Policy dictates that academic dishonesty may result in dismissal from the IB Program.

• Give their best effort (ask for help when needed!)

Students will be provided with a handbook of policies and expectations at the start of the IB program. This will need to be signed by both students and parents.
